Regarding COVID-19 | A Note from Us

Hello!

With everything that's going on in our world right now, the health and safety of our employees and customers is more important to us than ever. With recent clarification of the "Stay at Home" order given by Governor Walz, we will resume deliveries starting Tuesday, March 31st. We will be doing a limited number of orders per day, made by one person in a clean environment.

Our Minneapolis Studio will be closed to walk-in customers.  Delivery service will resume Tuesday, March 31st.  Curbside pick-up is no longer available.  Please call the studio for same-day delivery orders.  |  612-886-3774

Our Keg & Case Market location will be closed Tuesday, March 17th through Friday, March 27th.

We strongly believe having flowers in your space reduces anxiety, boosts your mood and improves your all around quality of life, so please give us a call or order online to send flowers to a loved one or yourself!

Flower Availability - Due to limited availability of flower supplies, we will be limited to designing with the flowers we have on hand.  For the time being, Designer's Choice will be our available option.  Rest assured we have hand selected the freshest flowers available and will put together something beautiful for you or your recipient.

Reduced Delivery Fees - Since we are closing to walk-in customers in Minneapolis and will be temporarily closed at Keg & Case, we want to make delivery an easy option by offering free delivery for our base delivery areas and 50% reduced delivery for all other areas.  Delivery fees have been adjusted at checkout and are based on zip code (distance).

WHAT WE ARE DOING

  • Prioritizing cleaning by wiping down all surfaces multiple times a day, focusing especially on the register, door handles, and counter tops.
  • Implementing frequent hand washing and sanitizing.
  • Asking employees to stay home if they experience any symptoms of illness and offering paid sick leave as much as is feasible for us to do so as a small business and remain in business.
  • Supporting other small local businesses and restaurants by visiting in person, purchasing gift cards online, leaving a review, and engaging on social media.

WHERE WE CANNOT DELIVER

Deliveries to high risk populations is prohibited or severely restricted.  Until further notice, we will not be accepting orders for delivery to any senior living or care facilities or hospitals to ensure the safety of their health.  

 WHERE WE CAN DELIVER

Residential or workplace deliveries are a go!  We will take every precaution to ensure all orders are arranged in a thoroughly sanitized studio and delivered with clean gloves and only by those not experiencing any symptoms of illness.
