• Same-day pickup is available at our Minneapolis studio only.  Please call ahead to place your order.  Same-day orders cannot be placed online.

Our Minneapolis studio is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday for walk in customers.  If you would like to place an order on a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday, please order online or send us an email.  We may not respond to voicemails until Tuesday or Wednesday when we are back in the studio.

DELIVERY

Deliveries will be available Monday through Saturday.

*Although we are closed Sun/Mon/Tue, we do still work behind the scenes for deliveries Mon/Tue.

 

Where do you deliver?

Our delivery area includes Minneapolis/St. Paul and surrounding suburbs.  If you aren't sure, give us a call and we can confirm whether or not we can make it work!   • 612-886-3774

Our handy dandy ordering system will also let you know if the location you would like us to deliver to is out of range.  If it is out of range, just give us a call, we can usually still accommodate deliveries a little further out.

 

How much is delivery?

Delivery fees range from $5-$35 and are based on distance from the studio and time to complete delivery.  Delivery is calculated at check out per the delivery zip code. 

*We properly compensate our drivers not only for their time, but also for using their own vehicles.  Delivery fees help us cover a portion of these costs.

 

Is there an order minimum for delivery?

Yes, there is a $50 minimum order (before delivery fee and sales tax) for delivery orders.  Delivery costs additional, see note above.

 

Do you offer same-day delivery?

We do!  Same-day delivery is based on availability.  Same-day delivery cannot be ordered online.  For same day delivery, please call the studio to confirm availability and place your order.  612-886-3774

Please note that the recipient must also be available for the delivery.  If the recipient is not available for the delivery the same day, we will coordinate the delivery for the recipient's next available day/time.

 

Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?

We offer delivery on Saturdays and on the day for select holidays - Valentine's Day, Mother's Day.  We do not offer delivery Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day or New Year's, as both of our locations are closed these days.

Holiday deliveries are limited and on a first come first serve basis, so please plan to order ahead.  If our online ordering system does not allow you to select a certain holiday date, we may not be doing deliveries on that holiday date or we have limited delivery availability.  Please call the studio to confirm availability and place your order.  612-886-3774 •

What if the recipient is not there?

It is our policy not to leave flowers unless someone is there to receive them.  We do require a phone number for the recipient and will contact the recipient (call or text) to let them know we are delivering flowers and an approx. timeframe of when the delivery will take place.  For deliveries going to apartments or condos, we will buzz or call the recipient upon arrival for further instructions.

If the recipient is not available for the delivery, we will make alternate arrangements for a time that works best for them.  We will not leave flowers unless the recipient has acknowledged that they are aware flowers are being delivered, will be available to received them shortly after they have been delivered, or has arranged for someone else to receive the flowers on their behalf.  We will not leave flowers if the temperature is too cold (less than 40F) or there is inclement weather.

 

Special Note:  Although we make every effort to have all flower selections shown on hand, substitutions may be made depending on current availability.
