Return Policy
Returns on Perishable Items:
All perishable items are final sale. As fresh flowers, bouquets and arrangements containing fresh flowers, and confections or other food items are perishable items, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

All issues must be reported to us within 24 hours of pick-up or delivery — if you are calling after hours, please leave a message with a time to reach you and phone number and we will call the next business day.

Upon review of the reason for return, a replacement may be made.

As items are perishable, we do not issue refunds; however, if the issue cannot be resolved through replacement, an in-store credit may be available.

Conditions out of our control such as overheating, freezing, broken flowers from careless handling, or failure to recut stems and hydrate them properly may void our guarantee.

Returns are accepted on a "quality" basis only — issues of "not liking" the arrangement are not grounds for a return.

Receipt or proof of purchase required.
Return of Non-Perishable Items.
Return of non-perishable items must be requested and item(s) returned to us within 14 days of purchase pick-up or delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping. A restocking fee of 20% of the item amount will be deducted from the return amount. Any amount to be returned to the customer will be returned within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
